Glencoul cottage is purpose built in a traditional Highland style. It is insulated, double-glazed, furnished and equipped to a high standard and is extremely warm and comfortable. The living room, kitchen and double bedroom all enjoy outstanding views over the loch.

Accommodation comprises one double and one single bedroom, living-room, open plan kitchen/dining room and a bathroom with bath and shower. Kitchen equipment includes an electric cooker, fridge (with small freezer compartment), microwave, kettle and toaster. There is satellite TV with DVD player.

All beds have duvets; the double bed has an electric blanket. Linen and towels are provided. A laundry service and extra freezer capacity are available. A cot and high chair can be provided on request when booking. The living-room has a solid fuel stove and electric heating is installed throughout the property. A bag of coal is included and extra can be purchased from us if required. Electricity is by £1 coin meter.

The large garden and woodland area around the cottage extends to the shore of Loch Glencoul. On the shore is a small hide for observing wildlife. The cottage has a picnic table and clothes drier.
